Sometimes the weeks are so inspiring that I can barely sleep – there are so many things planned and happening and then suddenly I remember the admin work that has to be done to keep it all going and I lift my head out of the clouds and crack on again.
So I have done the admin this week and been writing up more patterns – in fact I am overwhelmed by the response to the patterns – it is so very lovely to know that people like them. There are a whole batch waiting to be written up and slowly I will add them on the shops but other things keep stalling me such as having lunch with the wonderful Wildfennel, skein queen, Mr Tarpit and rockpoolcandy. We had lunch, at picnic – where else! And plotted…. more interventions that will be coming in the Autumn, in Belfast, Reading UK, Chicago and L.A – who’d have thought you’d see those places in the same sentence…

Your Royalness does make me laugh! I shall have to steal that moniker for unhinged women that I meet- Mad Mabel. Not that she looks like one at all, but she does appear to be missing the comedy glasses the rest of us are sporting!
